Return and Exchange Policy
First: The consumer shall bear the return shipping costs if the product is in good condition and the original order was delivered correctly.
\\\\nSecond: We will bear the return or replacement costs in case of receiving the wrong product or if the product arrives damaged or defective due to the delivery process.
\\\\nReturns or exchanges must be made within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product has not been used and no benefit has been derived from it.

We will provide you with the complete return address of Taibah and its branches to send the products back.

After verifying that the returned products are in good condition, the product will be replaced or the amount refunded to your account within a maximum of 14 days.

We do not accept returns of products damaged due to misuse, and we reserve the right to approve or reject any return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
